ARRL Emergency Communications Course, Level 1

Information for any who may be interested in taking the ARRL Emergency 
Communications Course, Level 1, training classes for this course will 
be held Wednesday evenings beginning Jan. 9, 2008 and continuing weekly 
for six weeks.  The classes are being taught by Paul Womble K4FB.  You 
do not have to be an ARRL member to take the course but the cost is 
significantly greater for non-ARRL members.  Polk County is picking up 
the cost of the manual and classes, so the cost to those participating 
will only be that of the final examination.
