Letter from the E.C. <UPDATE>

Greetings, some members got the email in digest mode,
Thanks to Paul Womble for cutting and pasting it
for others to read, that were not able to download it.

I think I fell asleep while writing it, however, I will
go back through it and "clean it up" and push it over to the
www.polkemcomm.org website for downloading or viewing.
There will also be some changes made on a few other items
which will be posted on the site as well, I plan on doing
some of these things over this weekend...

I also wanted to note, Mike Oliver took some time to fix the
ARES on line application page, that by far was a minor thing to him,
but major help for me, so Mike, THANK YOU.
