The latest GFSx model run is forecasting frozen precipitation across parts 
of the panhandle north and north peninsula down to near Ocala during the 
Sunday evening-Monday morning 03/01-02/2009 period. The last time this 
happened on the same dates was in March 1980.

The north and central parts of the state could also see record breaking 
minimum temperature on Tuesday morning March 3, 2009, with the subfreezing 
line extending southward into the inland rural central peninsula. But before 
that a slight chance for severe weather will exist for the same areas during 
the day on Sunday.
