New Solar Cycle 24 Sunspot Group

A new solar cycle 24 sunspot group formed in the NW quadrant of the sun 
earlier today but at the moment position data is unavailable. It remains to 
be seen if the group will survive long enough to be numbered by NOAA/SWPC.
