10 meter mobile for trade

I am presenting this request on behalf of Keith Seaman of the Marvin Shields SeaBee Battalian who is training young cadets who
are working toward obtaining ham radio technician licenses. He has a late model RCI - 2950 10 meter mobile transceiver which he would like to trade for a late model, fully functioning 2 meter mobile transceiver.
