[LakelandARC] Florida Repeater Council proposal to make current 2-meter FM radios obsolete

Hi Ren, I would like to know how this makes CURRENT FM radio's obsolete?
 
I am not to going to pick this apart piece by piece, I do not like the
wording
but the layout and thought into this by the most COMPITENT person on the FRC
is far better then ANY OF THE BOD or other District Managers...
 
well, it's just spot on.
