RULES.   Denied the McVey and Kirby petitions. Denied in part the

American Radio Relay League's petition. Granted ARRL's request for a
modified labeling requirement. (Dkt No.  08-63 ). Action by:  Chiefs,
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, Public Safety Homeland Security Bureau,
Office of Engineering and Technology. Adopted:  04/13/2011 by Order on
Reconsideration. (DA No. 11-675).  WTB
