THURSDAY MARCH 31ST, 2011

BIKE MS CITRUS TOUR MEETING

WE ALSO ENCOURAGE ANY POLK CERT MEMBERS TO ASSIST AS WELL.

There will be a meeting of all personnel who want to be part of the BIKE MS,
The Citrus Tour, this THURSDAY, following the POLK ARES MEETING. The ARES
group will be meeting from 6:30 pm to around 7:30 / 8:00 pm.

We will be discussing what all will be taking place this year with all
personnel at the Polk County EOC.
We know there will be some absent personnel but ask that all that can
attend, please come. Please bring anyone who might be interested in taking
part in this event as well.

Parking is located due east of the EOC Building.
DOORS will be unlocked and we will meet in the MAIN EOC area. Please do not
park in the MEDIA PARKING AREA (cones will block off the area), and handicap
parking is near by also.

Raining? Bring an umbrella! There is a chance of rain for the evening time,
there is no covering from the parking lot to the EOC.

The Polk ARES meeting starts at 6:30 pm, and the MS Meeting will start once
the ARES meeting has concluded.

If your interested in DRIVING a supply vehicle, please have all paperwork
filed with the MS Tampa chapter asap.
We are in need of drivers. Hotel and food will be provided during the event.

SAGS AND ROVERS MUST ATTEND! We have important information to go over with
this event this year for SAGS and ROVERS.

I intend on having on hand the necessary paperwork if you have not
downloaded it from the POLKEMCOMM.ORG website under the 2011 MS150 tab.

We will be going over a lot of information at this meeting.

We are planning on taking about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half
to get all the information out, so plan on at least a closure
to this around 8:30 to 8:45 pm.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND AND ARE ALREADY COMMITED TO
THIS, PLEASE EMAIL this group so we can track who will not
be there and get this meeting information to you as soon as we can.
