test equipment for rf analysis

Greetings

I've got a 16 channel UHF mic from Anchor anchoraudio.com - and a 16 channel uhf receiver from the same company that are incompatible according to the mfg.  I suspect the carrier freq is shifted and that's why they're 'incompatible'.   There is a single channel where they kinda work, but not too good. 
I'd like to look at the signals and try to figure out what's going on.  All I've got is a 60mhz DSO.  I'm looking for a spectrum analyzer or whatever you've got and some RF know-how.  Anybody wanna try to help figure this out?  
A separate project;  I'd really also like to look at the FM signal for the lakeland drive-in.  I suspect simple over modulation, but would really like to look at the signal.
