Ken,
You should contact David Duke KI4OYX in Frostproof. He has a commercial  
tower business and has done work for Polk County and the NI4CE group. I  
don't remember the name his tower business nor do I have a contact number to  
pass on.
Maybe someone in the Lake Wales club will have additional information on  
David. Hope this will help.

I am trying to get back in to ham radio have been off air for few years, due  
to location, and physical health, and finances, Have got me a house, and got  
me a EZ way 40 ft crank up tower, have all my radio equipment needed. But  
need someone to put up tower and antenna. I have in the past been very  
active in radio, ( Mars, Maritime Mobile Net Director ) and several other  
clubs. Do to Disability can not climb anymore,   and do not have a lot of  
extra money, So was looking for someone fair and honest. Please call if you  
can .
