[LakelandARC] Vanity call signs

If the ham works a lot of contests or special events, an individual vanity
call is useful.  The call is also useful if one works a lot of nets.  I
don't have a special call but they are fun.

I do not have one as I have no particular need for it. It is fine for those
who desire to have it. I really do not have any feelings one way or another
