Pat here are a few of the nets I check into, some daily and others from time to time.

Southcars 

 The net times are: 8AM until 10AM and from 12PM noon until 2PM, all times are Eastern. Net operation is on 7.251mhz (the 40 meter band).

International Single Sideband System.

The ISSB System operates on 14.332 MHz, 365 days of the year.  We have an Early Morning Warm-up commencing at 1200 UTC or 1300 UTC depending on Daylight saving time and continue with 1st period(2 hrs), 2nd period(2hrs), 3rd period(2), 1st hr of the Moonbeam and the 2nd hr Moonbeam period.  Even if you tune in and hear nothing, give a call and most likely someone will answer. We also have a 40 meter session on Mon thru Fri evenings on 7.265 MHz commencing at 2300 UTC or 0000 UTC again depending on Daylight saving time.

Early Bird Transcontinental Net 

The Amateur Radio Early Bird Transcontinental Net was founded December 5, 1949, for the purpose of starting each day with a bit of congeniality and social comments. 

The net meets daily on or about 3940 KHZ from 0445 to 0600 ET. Please join us!!! (Please note: Summer roll call hours are 0500 til 0600 eastern daylight time beginning April 6, 2009).

Ten check-ins within a thirty day period qualifies you for a 8 1/2 x 11 inch "Certificate of Membership" from the Early Bird Transcontinental Net. 

Maritime Mobile Service Net.

12:00pm-10pm ET on 14.300 daily

Freewheelers Net on 3.916 Mhz LSB

Net meets on 3.916 Mhz Sun-Fri from 11:30PM to 1:30AM ET. The net was established by and continues in memory of Ken Odom, W4FCW(SK). The Freewheeler's is Rated G...No politics, religion or crude language or jokes. We're all about comradery and enjoying the Ham Radio Hobby! And we're proud to be a net that WELCOMES all new Hams to our ranks.

7.272 Raw Chew

   Join in with the Amateur Radio operators of the 7.272 Rag Chew Net daily from 9am Eastern time until after 12 Noon. On Saturday and Sunday the net begins at 8:15am Eastern time and runs to 1pm. Much wit, humor and good information is traded on the 72Chew.
