Mobile Antenna Expert needed

Hello, I need a Mobile Antenna Expert installer.
I'm wanting to go HF Mobile, have a Icom IC-706mkllg, Antenna is a CHAMELEON V2, the mobile is a 2005 Chevy Colorado LS 4x4 Z71.
I have the antenna installed on the left (Driver side) 1/4 panel with a hood bracket. I have tried grounding it the best I know how. The tuner shows it tunes and swr show good. I hear everything there is to be heard but no one hears me. Can someone help with this?
Is anyone up for the challenge?
