Proposed LARC Bylaw Changes

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is well and healthy.

The Officers and the Board of your radio club are proposing changes
to our Bylaws for the purpose of receiving the 501(C)3 status from the
IRS.  The major change is the addition of a Preamble to the Bylaws which
explains our purpose of existence.

Please review the changes and be prepared to vote for or against the
changes.
We will be voting at our next meeting, September 2nd, 2013.
