[LakelandARC] LARC request for feedback

Bill - on my Win7 laptop with IE10 and Chrome, no problems.  On my Android
tablet and cell phone running Android 4.3, using Chrome (vs 31.xxx) I get
"unsupported plugin".  However, on my phone if I use IE it plays great.
