Jim,

Years ago when I was with Hillsborough CO. Sheriff’s Office one of the Police call signs was KIB757.  I don’t know if they use that one for police now that they went digital.  

You can find all of their licenses with a lookup in the FCC data base.  The City of Lakeland’s FRN is 0001804038 

All callsigns for police and fire are issued to the City of Lakeland as the controlling agency for any city department, police, fire, water, and roads.

Greetings - does anyone know the Lakeland Police Department's call sign?  I looked through the FCC database but only come up with one that looks like it is for GMRS (WQOU848).  I don't see anything for the city that looks like it is for the police station's radio - mainly microwave and public service. 

Just curious...
