ARES Frequency Plan Update

The Polk County ARES Frequency Plan has been updated to reflect recent
changes discussed at the May ARES meeting. It can be found at the ARES
website,
​www.​
PolkARES.org .

The 18 frequencies are to be used by Polk County ARES during an activation.
They are programmed into ARES radios and can also be referred to as
channels. It is recommended that they be programmed, in order, into ARES
members personal deployment radios.
