Electrician

Hi All, I need an License Electrician. I bought some new homeowners Insurance and today they sent out a home inspector and he found in the Electric Panel that  a couple of  wires are Double Tap. 
Pictures were taken of what needs to be done right along with his report.
I was thinking don't we have a License Electrician in our club? If so please get in contact with me about this job or anyone give me a name of License Electrician that can do this work for me.
