I had not noticed the change, since I still actually use keyboard shortcuts for that sort of task. But thanks, Rich, for pointing out the potential pitfall, along with a solution. I love knowing multiple ways of getting a job done!

Downloaded it, and it appears to work. I really didn't 
notice. I seem to remember always having to copy, paste in a word doc, then copy 
the pasted text, and drop it in an email. This goes for images on 
occasion.

  Many of you may use Firefox to access the internet.  A recent update 
  to Firefox made a few changes to the way it is viewed.  It also took away 
  the ability to highlight and print from a page.  This change did not 
  agree with everyone.   An app is available to restore the the 
  original theme and page print capability of the older version while having the 
  new version of Firefox.

  I have installed the app, it took less than a minute, and my page print 
  is again on the upper left hand corner.  (and it works)
