[LakelandARC] USB to RS-232 Device/Dongle Warning

Looking in Device Manager is of IMMEDIATE concern. It will tell you if your device is using an FTDI chipset or another manufacturer's chipset. If it IS using an FTDI chipset, check with the device's manufacturer to determine if your device is affected. If it is affected, DON'T update the FTDI drivers.
