NEETS training modules

I recently came across digital copies of the Navy Electricity and
Electronics Training Series (NEETS) and thought that I would share them for
anyone wanting to abuse - I mean educate - themselves.  These modules go
from very basic electrical theory up to some intro to fiber optics.

These were published in 1998, and although physics hasn't changed, some of
the concepts/theories may have been updated somewhat, so give them a little
slack.

This is a shared dropbox folder - some networks/antivirus/malware-checkers
may not let you access it.  The total files are around 61 meg.
