[LakelandARC] Fusion simplex frequency

There really should be a National Calling freq. as the noise emitted is most distressing on regular simplex.
Just a note though on the 145.610 freq.  Winlink repeaters from Ohio to California use 145.610 for their EMCOMM.  There may be others also.  Did not see any conflicts locally.
Is there a national group that could help with finding a spot to work in?
