Ham 4 rotator repairs

Anyone in the club know of a local ham that know or do any repairs on ham 4 rotors? 

The brake on mine is releasing but not moving. I took it apart and found a small metal strap that's not connected and seemed to have broken off as well as a small spring bouncing around it it...

If anyone knows of anyone who would be willing to look at it and possibly do any repairs that would be greatly appreciated.
