[LakelandARC] Amateur license plates

My N2KBK plate expires on 12-31-16  so I went down on November 2nd and paid for a new amateur radio callsign plate. I figured it will get here in time. they say 6-8 weeks. whatever.... Still nothing as of 01-07-2017.  On top of that they send it to my old PO box, which i still have access to. I find it funny that they wont let me use my PO Box for my drivers license anymore but they send other stuff to the PO Box. They could not change it since they already hit "enter" button to process the plate request. As for centering the callsign. Oh brother the DMV clerk must have spent 10 minutes trying then gave up. So we will see how it is aligned when it gets here. i can just see it coming in as " A  A4CB"
