Make sure you have the offset correct
Should be  a negative  -
. 600
And PL / ctcss tone is on & set for 127.3

Also just a hint
All 2 meter < 145 &146 >  repeaters have negative offset  &
All 147 repeaters have a positive  +  Offset
ONLY exception is 147.000
It can use a  +  or  -   offset
