LARC Field Day Food 2017 UPDATE #2!!

Hello Everyone!

Field Day 2017 is getting Close!!

The food will be purchased tomorrow, so if you think we need to
address any special needs, please let me know.

Please remember to bring a dish to share with others.  Also, please
remember to BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS!!  We plan to eat our
meal at 6pm on Saturday.

Also, I would like to thank Bill for reminding us about our July Meeting
location.  We will have our July Meeting at the Golden Coral on North 98
on Monday, July 3rd at 6:00pm.  See below and the blog for more details.

There will be NO TESTING before or during the July meeting at the Golden
Corral.  There will be testing during Field Day on Sunday at 9am.

I plan on one more update on Friday afternoon.

Thank you for getting the reminder out about Field Day. The new location
is one of two big changes this year. The second is the location of the
after Field Day Dinner. This year it will be at the Golden Corral. For
this event, just bring a big appetite. More details are in the blog.

I hope everyone is enjoying Fathers Day 2017!

Field Day is almost here!!  

Our plans for this year are very similar to the past few years.  Our big
change for this year will be a change of venue.  As you all are aware,
we will be utilizing the Kathleen Historical Society.  We will have the
use of a great facility and kitchen area.  Yes, it is AIR CONDITIONED!!
Please see the blog for the exact location.

As we have in the past, we request that all members bring a dish to share
with everyone for our Saturday dinner at 6pm.  In the past few years, we 
have shared a wonderful "spread" from salads to cakes, baked beans to
cookies!  The Club will be providing the hamburgers and the hot dogs and
all of the condiments.

Please remember to FURNISH YOUR OWN DRINKS.  The Club will provide
water and coffee along with cups and ice.

Reminders and updates will be sent out during the week so please stay
tuned!
