[LARC-CQ] LARC September Meeting Posponed due to weather

[Lakeland Radio]

This will be the last reminder that the September Monthly meeting will not
take place as scheduled due to hurricane Dorian. I must add, while most
recent forecasts indicate less of a threat, we must still remain alert.
Even if the center misses us we will most likely experience some additional
wind and rain as it passes.
