One of the issues of course is the polarization of antennas but that can be easily remedied with some wire and PVC pipe.
The Net lasted just under 40 minutes, thanks for your help.  We will try again next Thursday @ 7pm on 28.330.

There were several stations, in Polk County that tried to check in. I had to go. I could not hang around to do a lot of relaying. LARC tried a 10M net, a few years ago. Maybe we ought to try it again?

It’s a long way for 10m from Haines City.  I was not the NCO, Don, W3LR was and he did get you in the Log through Buddy, WB4OMG in North Lakeland.  Relays ARE part of our game along with the ability to accurately pass the traffic as you know.  Buddy had another engagement so he couldn’t continue with the Net and relays from the south.
We very much appreciate your efforts and hope that you try again even if it has to be through a relay, I do that on a 6m Net in Valrico.
Don by the way is another 6+ miles north of me but has some elevation that helps.

I tried 2 different radios no luck..Darn I spent al day peaking my radio's to make sure there was no problems..
