[LARC-CQ] Update regarding comments on FCC docket 20-270 (possible license fees)

Be aware, while comments could be useful, this largely has to do with changes to the laws on fees across all radio services (including commercial). Ray Baums act “ requires that the FCC switch from a Congressionally-mandated fee structure to a cost-based system of assessment.”

So this is pretty much a legally required change, the way I’m reading it.
