[LARC-CQ] CQ Digest, Vol 28, Issue 13

In response to WB4OMG Buddy Morgan's question:

As I understand the instructions, we're to mark our logs  - Lakeland ARC -
to keep it from being confused with the other LARC entities. We are in
brand new territory with this deeply modified Field Day format. Hopefully
this will be a one-off situation and we can return to normal FD operations
next year. 73
