[LARC-CQ] General Membership Meeting Date Change

This is the first of three reminders. Please be aware that the next 
General Membership meeting will be on the/*second Monday of April.*/ 
During this/*special meeting*/ there will be a vote held regarding 
updates to our By-Laws. To recap, the next General Membership meeting 
will be on April 13th, the second Monday of the month; same location and 
time. The presenter for this meeting will be Buddy Morgan on the topic 
of Propagation.
