[LARC-CQ] DMR Users in Polk County

I am seldom on DMR. I USE THE WELCOME repeater in Fr. Meade when I have been on DMR. I own an open spot 3 hotspot but haven’t been successful in setting it up. The most activity I hear is on local 2, local 9, and Florida statewide.
