Hi Chris,

Since you're interested in QRP, have you considered the IC-705? It's a 
truly amazing transceiver. The things you can do with wifi and bluetooth 
are pretty cool, and it's HF, 2m and 70cm for all modes, even D-STAR on HF. 
It is more costly than the other options mentioned here, but for me (and 
many others) the cost is well justified given what it can do for being a 
portable QRP rig.
