 Wow,
That's a bad one.  It definitely is 60hz power arcing.  I'd call your local electric company first with that information.  That's sounds bad enough that I think they would be interested because it sounds like some power line equipment is going bad and could cost them more the longer it lasts.

Hey!  I need your help to identify a noise source.  I’m experiencing so much QRM that I can’t get on the air.

About a month-or-so ago, I noticed a very loud buzzing sound on my AM radio.  The next time I turned on my rig, I discovered that the noise extended not just across the AM Broadcast band, but all the way through HF and into the VHF spectrum. It’s VERY loud.  I’m attaching an image of our IC-7300 showing the 20m band.  It’s 20db over S9 there and just as loud everywhere I can check.  It doesn’t matter which radio I use, the noise is there.  So, it’s not in a power supply.  Yesterday, I used my battery powered AM radio and began flipping breakers to see if it would go away.  I turned them all off, including the master breaker and the noise never stopped.

I’m attaching a photo of the IC-7300 showing the noise spectrum as well as a short recording that I made.  It’s 50 seconds long.  I started with my radio on my dummy load and 2 seconds after the recording starts, I move it to an outside antenna so you can hear how loud it is.

The noise s so loud that I can’t really localize it and can’t tell if it is coming off of a nearby power pole or from a neighbor’s house.

It’ son 24/7.  However, by accident, I happened t catch a break.  This past Sunday morning at about 11:30am, the noise was gone.  I turned on my HF rig and verified that it was gone.  I could hear signals again!  I checked several bands to be certain that it was gone.  But before I could celebrate, at exactly 12:00 noon, ht suddenly came back like someone flipped on a switch. It’s been there every time I’ve checked since.

Any ideas?

Thanks!  & 73.
Eric
