[LARC-CQ] H. Helene and Comm plans

That sounds like a great Idea. I could certainly use some help.
Will there be a virtual option or possibly some notes or suggestions for
those that may not be able to attend?

I have just started working with some of my family members (non-hams
currently) in KY for their communication set up (100 mile radius).
