 Yes it was, I had breakfast with Rich Thursday morning at our weekly Ham Radio breakfast with the ZAARC club. He went  with his son Richie, to Pelton's meat market in Plant City, and was about to head home, and had a massive heart attack, Paramedics tried, but no.
