Also has a built in dummy load, Uses cross needles to display power and SWR. In my opinion it is an 8 out of 10 cosmetically. Includes the original manual. It has not been used in a few years so to test it, I tuned my G5RV to both 40 and 80 meters. I do not have the 12v plug to power/test the meter light. -- $65</FONT></DIV>
