You only have to Google the event to find clubs all over the world taking part in this event. The Royal Society of Great Britain, RSGB, shows over 60 clubs worldwide that have registered with them to take part in this event by hosting special event stations. Time to surf the web and find the stations you would like to work and receive one of the special event certificates or QSL cards.
