We will open up the test on 3.913 Mhz with the ability to shift to 5.371.5 Mhz if necessary. We ran a series of tests back in the latter part of 2009 and earlier part of 2010. This test is a continuation of that testing process. We will run future tests looking at other NVIS ideas and hope to get the support of the hams in the West Central Florida (WCF) ARRL Section. These tests enhance two of my personal primary interests in ham radio, one being setting up my station in the field (portable) and the other being emergency communications.
