He has splattered over to 10M, a few times. (I live 5 miles North of I-4, just off US 98.) I suspect the FCC will do nothing. Find someone with a CB radio and talk to the guy. It is possible you could talk some sense into him. It obviously has no filtering as the splatter is insane, and the harmonics of it sometimes bleeds into the 17m band.
