Posted on Saturday January 10, 2009 at http://www.kn4lf.com/kn4lf5.htm and

On Friday January 09, 2009 a new solar cycle 24 sunspot group (S736) formed
in the NE quadrant of the sun at N18E33. It was numbered as 11010 by
NOAA/SWPC.

That means that the information I garnered from the NASA Spaceweather dot
com website on the solar cycle 24 sunspot group that formed in the SW
quadrant of the sun on Wednesday January 07, 2009 was incorrect.
