This site specializes in 9xxx series QRX- but I think they'd be a good contact for yours- he's done Sansui's from the '60s and has a really interesting site.  At a minimum,  I'd expect a complete electrolytic signal cap replacement.  Brace yourself- I expect it won't be cheap - but you'll have a nice piece of gear in the end.

   There's a shop in Bartow on US 98 near the corner of SR 60 and US 98. Across from the Kelley car dealership. Never used them for amateur, but they tuned my CB. They sell and repair amateur, CB, marine. Basically all 2-day radios.
