I think you have a good idea. To answer your question, to the best of my knowledge, no. Are you proposing using MCW over FM or real CW? If you are proposing real CW, there are few people with suitable 2M radios. At one time, John KK4ITX had a (real) CW net going on 10M. I do not know what happened to it. Right now, I am in between 10M antennas.
