[LARC-CQ] CW on 2 meters?

Thanks for the quick response Buddy.
I’m thinking real CW on simplex.
I have an old FT-847 which I believe has the potential. That way we could get some noise and fade to practice with.
Please refresh my old memory cells, what is MCW? Maybe I could make that work. (If I knew what it was.)

My EFLW blew down before December last year so with that and another round of surgery I‘ve been pretty much off HF.

I paid 99 cents for a KOCH trainer app which I love. I’m copying 15wpm “reflex” and making good progress.

Can you send CW on simplex?
Let’s work something out.

If you are proposing real CW, there are few people with suitable 2M radios. At one time, John KK4ITX had a (real) CW net going on 10M. I do not know what happened to it. Right now, I am in between 10M antennas.
