You are right, the FCC probably will not do anything BECAUSE there’s a new program that we need to work through……. see my earlier email.
IF THE GUY is interfering with a licensed service and is documented and reported through the ARRL Volunteer Monitor program the FCC is obligated to respond per prior agreement……. Things have changed !!
Enough chatter, get to work and monitor and document the INTERFERENCE he is causing and report through the appropriate channels, if more than one can confirm AND document it’s better.
