Bill/Mike,

I’m a little fuzzy on the details of the previous emails on the reflector from whenever it was, but it seemed that that was the desired method (MCW/Fm) so I had sort of offered to gather up the parts and schematics to make a device that should work on just about any rig.

I have been able to work Bill Johnson on 40m with just 5w from my QTH and that should work for many of us but I guess that the intention was to get the 2m folks involved with CW, and since most do not have rigs capable of SSB or CW on 2m the only other good way is MCW.

Perhaps it was just a couple of guys/gals thinking out loud. My FT-818 may make it to Lakeland, I do get beyond I-4 on Simplex FM so CW might go further ? My thoughts was to do something that most if not all could participate in if given the opportunity.
